We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team at 433, a rapidly growing football company based in Amsterdam. As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing office culture, administrative HR tasks, events, and recruitment. You will work closely with the HR Manager and be a point of contact for the team.
Requirements
- Experience in HR
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law
- Vocational education or Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, psychology, labor law, communication or business administration)
- Fluent Dutch and English
