People & Culture Coördinator

At JouwWeb (and Webador), we believe that entrepreneurship should be accessible to everyone. As People & Culture Coordinator, you will ensure that our internal organization runs smoothly and that people feel welcome, involved, and valued. You will combine HR administration with event organization and maintaining our workplace and culture.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level, preferably with a degree in HRM
• At least 3 years of work experience in a comparable role
• Digitally skilled: working easily with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and HR systems like Recruitee and Nmbrs
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
• Enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and hands-on
