Job Description
The Sustainable Housing Support Officer will provide housing support services to applicants with multiple and complex support needs, focusing on tenancy sustainment and independent living skills. The role involves managing a caseload, establishing effective working relationships, and collaborating with internal and external partners to improve outcomes for service users.
Requirements
- Ability to assess, design, plan, and implement Sustainable Housing Support Plans
- Experience of providing housing support to people who have experienced homelessness across a range of projects
- Ability to ensure all aspects of casework is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation, safeguarding policies, and initiatives
