Sustainable Housing Support Officer

The Sustainable Housing Support Officer will provide housing support services to people who have experienced homelessness, including those with multiple and complex support needs. The role will involve delivering proactive support, providing advice and support, and working with internal and external agencies to ensure clients have access to services that meet their needs.

Requirements

• Ability to assess, design, plan, and implement Sustainable Housing Support Plans
• Experience of providing housing support to people who have experienced homelessness
• Good knowledge of welfare, housing, and homelessness policy, strategies, legislation, and case law
