Manufacturing Supervisor (Finished Goods) responsible for overseeing final-stage manufacturing and assembly operations, supervising production floor team, and ensuring quality and production standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Hourly, full-time position with benefits.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in final-stage manufacturing, production assembly, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience supervising and managing production floor teams in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
• Strong QC mindset with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to consistently delivering a high-quality finished product.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar) and Netsuite.
