Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in high-growth environments
• Demonstrated experience building operating cadences, KPI frameworks, and accountability systems at scale
• Strong executive presence and the ability to constructively challenge senior leaders
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments
• Analytical fluency and comfort using data to inform decision-making
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex situations
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and resilience
