Chief of Staff

Carda Health is building a patient-centered virtual heart and lung platform. They are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive company-wide execution and strategic priorities. This role involves driving alignment across teams, leading critical initiatives, and accelerating Carda’s growth and patient impact.

Requirements

• 4-10+ years of experience driving strategy and execution in fast-moving environments
• Extremely high agency: find the highest-leverage problems, take ownership end-to-end, and deliver outcomes without being asked
• Proven exceptional ability in structured problem solving, program management/execution, and crisp written communication
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders and delivering measurable results on aggressive timelines
