IT Program Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated IT Program Analyst to support IT projects focused on improving business processes, enhancing data systems, and delivering actionable insights through automation and analytics. This role involves managing projects from planning to implementation, collaborating with stakeholders, and utilizing data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in managing IT projects and working cross-functionally with technical teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate strongly preferred.
• Experience with SharePoint, Lists, Power Apps, and Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
• Basic SQL/Database structure knowledge is a plus.
