Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic IT Analyst to join the IT team, focusing on implementing and supporting the organization’s IT strategy. This role involves managing infrastructure, providing technical support, and contributing to web management. The position emphasizes collaboration with the Head of IT and ensuring seamless integration of technology with business objectives.
Requirements
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting.
- Manage and maintain Office 365, Intune, and WordPress.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to minimise downtime and optimise performance.
- Document IT processes and configurations.
- Assist in managing IT projects.
