Job Description
The Behavior Technician position (RBT) provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, building rapport, and creating a supportive environment to support learning. Full-time availability is required and can vary depending on learner cancellations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working towards or has obtained a Degree in Behavioral Science
- Actively seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through BACB, or possessing a RBT certification through BACB
- 1+ year of professional ABA work experience (preferred)
