Job Description
The Behavior Technician (RBT) position offers 1:1 high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, data collection, building rapport, and creating a supportive environment. The position is seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team for a January starting cohort.
Requirements
- Working towards or has obtained a Degree in Behavioral Science or related field
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD and/or developmental disabilities in a clinical or educational setting
- Active seeking of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
