A Bright Future, Inc. is a private organization that provides services to adults with intellectual disabilities in Northern California. The Behavioral Health Technician will provide direct care to clients, including personal care tasks, housekeeping, and transportation arrangements.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have BHT certification and show proof at interview.
- Must have valid drivers license and clean DMV record.
- CPR and First Aid training, or willingness to be trained within 30 days of employment.
- TB clearance within 30 days of employment.
- Department of Justice fingerprint clearance (prior to employment).
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening (prior to employment).
- IHSS provider certification in the county(s) of placement within 30 days of employment.
- Prefer behavioral training, knowledge of Regional Center System servicing developmentally disabled.
