An RBT – Registered Behavioral Technician is expected to implement behavior intervention plans and conduct preference assessments and skill building activities for individuals diagnosed with Autism and related developmental disabilities. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in implementing behavior intervention services with individuals with special needs.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree program with a preference in Psychology, Child Development, Communication Disorders, Education or related field
- 3+ year's experience implementing behavior intervention services with individuals with special needs
- 2+ year's experience working with SEVERELY CHALLENGING BEHAVIORS and implementation of related intervention strategies
- Must pass a criminal background check (FBI/DOJ clearance)
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with intellectually disabled adults, prefer ILS experience, or special education teaching experience
