Requirements
- Participate in Underwriting Training Course
- Review loan applications and ensure they meet required guidelines
- Monitor property appraisal process
- Analyze documentation and make sound underwriting decisions
- Communicate with broker partners and customers
- Provide analytical support and counseling advice to management
