Job Description
A&L Goodbody (ALG) is seeking qualified lawyers with 1-6 years of experience in Corporate and M&A. They advise domestic and global corporations, shareholders, and sponsors on a wide range of transactions, including Private M&A, Public M&A, Capital Markets, and other areas. The firm emphasizes collaboration and offers access to training and development programs.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates from 2 to 6yrs PQE
- Ideally from a large or medium corporate law firm, in Ireland or the United Kingdom
- Excellent academic record
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong team and collaborative skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
