Job Description
A&L Goodbody is seeking a qualified Corporate and M&A lawyer with 3+ years of PQE to join their Northern Ireland team. The role involves working on significant corporate transactions with a diverse client base, leveraging a combination of local and international expertise. Requirements
- Qualified candidate with 3+ years of PQE
- Experience working within a large, medium, or boutique corporate law firm
- Strong drafting, technical knowledge and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent communication, client management and business development skills
- Strong organizational and prioritisation skills
- Team player with a strong ethical work ethic
