Legal Executive - Aviation Finance

We are looking to hire a Legal Executive on a permanent basis who has a real interest in specialising into the Aviation Finance practice area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a large or medium corporate law firm.

Requirements

• Transaction Support: Assist in the management of aircraft financing, leasing, and sale transactions.
• Legal Documentation: Draft and review transaction documents including lease agreements, financing contracts, and novation agreements.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Provide clear and professional communication throughout the transaction lifecycle with all key stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Irish aviation law, international treaties (e.g. Cape Town Convention), and relevant EU regulations.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate transaction records. Support billing and matter management systems.
