Part time Desktop Support Engineer position available, handling incidents and service requests, and providing end-user support for various devices and services.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Windows Desktop support
- Experience with Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, and Helpdesk ticketing systems
- Mobile device management, Enterprise encryption solutions, and Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, rapport building, and internal customer service skills
