Operations Support

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking an Operations Support role to answer incoming calls/emails, provide excellent customer service, and track shipments. The role involves data entry, assisting with warehouse responsibilities, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries
• Track, trace, enter, and update shipments
• Data Entry
• Assist and support Maersk stations and cartage agents
• Master outside customer applications
• Follow published procedures and work instructions for NCS accounts
• Route and dispatch deliveries
• Perform some warehouse responsibilities and other duties as assigned
