Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, the Individual Giving Officer manages a portfolio of 100–125 donors and prospects, cultivates and solicits gifts of $2,000 and above, leads research into prospective donors, and helps grow APCH’s individual giving program through strategic donor engagement and stewardship.
Requirements
- Manage the process of researching potential new donors
- Manage a personal portfolio of 100-125 assigned prospects and donors
- Help assigned donors to realize and fulfill their passion and interest in APCH
- Carry out consistent and personalized donor outreach
- Attend donor meetings, lead donor tours, and arrange donor meetings for senior leadership
- Develop fundraising proposals and supporting documents
- Plan and produce donor salons and recognition events
- Monitor donor retention benchmarks and work to develop strategies to re-engage lapsed donors
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of APCH priorities and programs
