Individual Giving Manager

The Individual Giving Manager develops and implements individual donor acquisition and retention strategies for Austin Habitat for Humanity. The position includes prospect research, donor cultivation, and stewardship, with a focus on major, mid-level, and annual donors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of professional fundraising experience
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a professional, unbiased, and ethical manner
• Demonstrated success in planning, implementing, and analyzing individual giving initiatives
• Superior communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Expert level experience using all facets of Microsoft Office Suite
