Job Description
The Microsoft Administrator II is responsible for managing and maintaining the agency’s Microsoft-based IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operation of enterprise environments. This role involves managing servers, offices, and applications, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring compliance with security and industry regulations. Tier 3 support and integration of Microsoft technologies are key responsibilities.
Requirements
