Job Description
The Senior Client Support Administrator (Information Technologist III) is a part of a team that delivers Information Technology, Digital Training, and Logistics services. This role involves providing client administration for Microsoft desktop and laptop systems, performing system maintenance and troubleshooting, and providing expert technical support to image computers and manage hardware and software configurations.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 8+ years related experience)
- Certifications in Computing Environment and/or Security related tools/devices
- Minimum 8 years of client support in Microsoft Windows environments
- 5+ years of experience deploying Microsoft Windows systems, including at least 3+ years of Windows Server 2003/2008, Exchange, Forefront TMG, SharePoint, SQL Server 2005 and Windows 10.
