Job Description
The Network Administrator II will support the agency’s enterprise network operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient performance. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware, troubleshooting incidents, and applying security patches. The position also requires collaboration with other network administrators and stakeholders to maintain security and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software (routers, switches, wireless access points).
- Support LAN, WAN, VPN, VoIP, and SDN technologies.
- Monitor and analyze network performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents.
- Apply patches, firmware updates, and security configurations.
