Manager, Payment Intelligence

AArete is a global, innovative management and technology consulting firm seeking a Manager of Payment Intelligence. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and efficient claim processing through strategies like claims analytics, process improvements, and automation. The manager will lead a team in supporting internal initiatives and client goals, contributing to the advancement of claims management practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, provider revenue cycle, a payment integrity vendor, or payer organization
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Expertise in claims processing across multiple lines of business (Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, Commercial, and Duals)
• Experience in spend area (professional, ancillary, outpatient, inpatient)
• Knowledge of industry vendors and tools (claims processing, provider data, contract management)
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
