Job Description
Pharmacy Data Analyst role at AArete, supporting pharmacy operations, data management, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Manage pharmacy claims, perform prescription validation, and create Power BI-based reports.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in pharmacy data analysis or related healthcare roles
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy claims management and payer processes
- Strong competency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, report optimization, and data visualization best practices
- Experience with EHR systems or Pharmacy Information Systems
- Understanding of pharmacovigilance and healthcare regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders
