Senior QA Engineer

AArete is a global management and technology consulting firm seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead testing strategy and governance across various initiatives, requiring strong consulting experience, healthcare domain knowledge, and the ability to partner closely with clients and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of QA and testing experience, including senior-level ownership of testing efforts
• Experience with QA and delivery tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
• Proven experience leading testing strategy and governance while remaining hands-on when required
• Strong consulting and client-facing experience
• Healthcare experience required, including familiarity with claims or eligibility systems
• Experience with healthcare platforms such as Pega, Facets, QNXT, or similar payer systems
• Strong SQL skills to perform backend data validation and support functional, integration, and UAT testing
• Experience with test data management practices
• Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client locations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
