Senior QA Engineer

Seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead testing strategy and governance across various initiatives with strong consulting experience, healthcare domain knowledge, and ability to partner closely with clients and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of QA and testing experience, including senior-level ownership of testing efforts
• Experience with QA and delivery tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
• Strong consulting and client-facing experience
• Healthcare experience required, including familiarity with claims or eligibility systems
• Experience with healthcare platforms such as Pega, Facets, QNXT, or similar payer systems
• Strong SQL skills to perform backend data validation and support functional, integration, and UAT testing
• Experience with test data management practices
• Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client locations
