Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

We're a global management and technology consulting firm seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal part in leading client engagements focused on leveraging Salesforce to optimize business processes, enhance constituent experiences, and modernize legacy systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and technical specifications
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects
• Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders at various levels
