Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with Salesforce CRM.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and other Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in JIRA or similar tools.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or similar) are a plus.
