Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master who will work closely with enterprise clients and be given hands-on exposure to Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework, with experience working in telecom or enterprise-level environments a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field from an HEC recognized university
- Around 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) preferred
- Experience working in telecom or enterprise-level environments will be a plus
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- A detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- A team player who gets along well with others
- The ability to work on tight timelines
