We have customers throughout the USA and around the globe, but primarily service the North American Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) market. Our family owned five acre, 100,000 sq. ft. facility is located in Wheeling, Illinois.
Job Description
Abbott Interfast is seeking a BDR/Sales Administrator to join their dedicated team. This role involves proactive cold calling, order processing, and customer service to generate leads, manage customer relationships, and contribute to sales targets. The position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field
- Strong cold calling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Proficient in using CRM systems and order processing software
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Availability to work in the office (Denver or Chicago)
