Manager, Talent Acquisition- Operations

AbbVie is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition- Operations to lead recruiting capabilities supporting Operations teams. The ideal candidate will deliver proactive recruiting strategies, build a strong qualified candidate pool, and ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and AbbVie policies.

Requirements

• Provide recruitment leadership to a team of Talent Acquisition Professionals
• Set vision, strategy, and goals for all aspects of recruiting talent
• Compile and communicate knowledge base, industry overviews, and company initiatives to team members and business leaders
• Lead effective recruiting process, practices, and standards
• Oversee pre-employment process, prepare and approve offer package
• Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and AbbVie policies
• Provide a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership
• Build solid relationships with key partners across the organization
• Regularly assess future talent needs and partner with business and finance
• Manage requisitions, update the SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system, and achieve recruiting metrics
