Manager, Talent Acquisition- Operations

We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition- Operations to lead and build recruiting capabilities supporting our Operations teams in alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong business presence, the ability to instill confidence in clients, and deliver results. Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience is required, with prior staff management experience and healthcare industry recruitment experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 5-7+ years recruitment experience in a competitive, fast pace environment
• Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience
• Prior staff management experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare industry recruitment experience strongly preferred
• Marketing and Sales experience a plus
• Experience in collaborating with a broader HR Organization in support of business initiatives preferred
