Manager, Talent Acquisition- Operations

AbbVie is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition- Operations to lead recruiting capabilities supporting Operations teams and deliver proactive recruiting strategies. The role will involve building recruiting capabilities, managing business expansions, and meeting ambitious hiring timelines.

Requirements

• Provide recruitment leadership to a team of Talent Acquisition Professionals
• Set vision, strategy, and goals for all aspects of recruiting talent
• Compile and communicate knowledge base, industry overviews, and company initiatives to team members and business leaders
• Oversee pre-employment process, offer package preparation, and compliance with state/federal employment laws
• Provide business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related issues
• Regularly assess future talent needs and partner with business and finance to ensure budgeting is in place
