Senior IP Paralegal

We are looking for a Senior IP Paralegal to join our legal team in Oslo. In this role, you will ensure deadlines, filings, and records are handled with accuracy and consistency, and support our IP attorneys with day-to-day prosecution and IP portfolio work.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in an IP paralegal role (trademarks and/or designs)
• Strong working knowledge of trademark and design procedures and timelines
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with portfolio/databases and legal research tools
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, IP docketing software
• Professional fluency in Norwegian and English
