We are looking for a motivated and collaborative IP Paralegal to join our Intellectual Property Department in Lausanne, Switzerland. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in global patent procedures and will oversee the full lifecycle of our global patent portfolio, as well as supporting our trademark portfolio.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an IP Paralegal
- BA degree; a Paralegal certificate or diploma is a strong asset
- Professional fluency in English; French proficiency is a plus
- Expert user of IP docketing systems and high proficiency with myEPO and ePCT e-filing platforms
- Experience managing global patent annuity payments
- Working knowledge of trademark filing and prosecution (WIPO, EUIPO, Swiss IPI)
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong prioritization, and excellent organizational skills
