Job Description
This facility technician role involves providing maintenance and repair services to the building's electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. The position focuses on ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through preventative and reactive maintenance. It includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting with repair tasks in a safe environment.
Requirements
- Operates, maintains, and performs maintenance of central utility services equipment and systems.
- Perform minor repairs to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP’s) equipment.
- Learn, understands, and complies with fire, safety, and other emergency practices.
