Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time, non-exempt hourly position is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., climb ladders, and work at heights
