Job Description
This role supports the Operational Performance Manager with administrative duties across client portfolios and the Specialist Cleaning team. Responsibilities include maintaining records, supporting compliance, coordinating tasks, and reporting deadlines. The position requires proactive and detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Manage incoming communications and queries.
- Support budget tracking and invoice processing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collate and distribute operational reports.
- Organise incoming and outgoing post daily.
- Maintain site documentation and ensure it is accessible.
- Support asset registers and health & safety documentation.
- Liaise with contractors.
- Assist with onboarding and training coordination.
