Job Description
The Business Support Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the business, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows. This role involves close collaboration with teams to maintain systems, handle data, and manage key processes. The position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
Requirements
- Record, analyze, and maintain data systems.
- Perform quality checks, reconcile data discrepancies, and report any issues.
- Manage monthly orders for consumables, machinery, uniforms, and other materials.
- Provide basic technical support for devices, such as resetting software, logging in issues, and troubleshooting.
- Manage shared mailboxes.
- Ensure prompt delivery by chasing purchase orders.
- Answer general queries from managers and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks.
