The Maintenance Technician is responsible for addressing tenant repairs, providing basic preventative maintenance, and maintaining a safe environment. This role involves electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and potentially other tasks like woodworking and fixture installation. The position is on a full-time, hourly basis.
