Job Description
Abridge is hiring a Head of Clinician Science to lead and grow the Clinician Science team. The team is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence across product development, defining and upholding clinical quality standards, and building scalable clinical evaluation systems. The ideal candidate has an active clinical background, management experience, and technical fluency with AI/ML. They should be able to communicate clinical perspectives to technical and non-technical audiences and have a strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and model evaluation.
