We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations/Office Manager to join our Budapest office. This is a full-time, long-term position supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of both our UK and Hungarian subsidiaries.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience with finance processes, invoicing, and month-end closing
- Proven experience in a multinational environment
- Comfortable managing both Hungarian and UK administrative processes
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software
- Excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- A steady, dependable approach to work and a commitment to supporting the team for the long term
