(Sr.) Director of Value, Access and Policy, Europe

The (Sr.) Director of Value, Access and Policy, Europe is a key partner on Acadia's Global Value & Access Team, responsible for achieving and maintaining appropriate pricing and market access through propositions that deliver value to patients, healthcare systems, society, and the company. The role will define Acadia's approach to Market Access in Europe and help build an organization that can execute it cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or PhD in science and/or economics preferred
• Minimum of 10 years progressively increasing responsibilities in Market Access within a pharmaceutical/biotech organization
• Hands-on experience in pricing negotiations in one or more European markets
• Fluency in English (written and oral) mandatory
• Experience and proven success in cross-functional teamwork
