Community Manager for a brand-new 55+ apartment community in Sun Prairie, WI. Lead daily operations, build and mentor a team, and develop marketing and leasing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leasing and marketing background (lease-up experience is a big plus!)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A natural problem-solver and motivator who leads by example
