Job Description
We’re Hiring: Community Manager for a Vibrant, 2-Year-Old Apartment Community! We’re a modern, LIHTC apartment community entering our exciting third year. With a thriving resident base, stunning shared spaces, and a commitment to exceptional living, we’re looking for a Community Manager who can help us elevate the resident experience and keep our community buzzing with energy, warmth, and engagement.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of property management or industry related experience required
- Knowledge of project-based section 8 or section 42 experience a plus
- Knowledge of fair housing laws a plus
- Knowledgeable and proficient with computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MS outlook, word and excel)
- Experience with Onesite software is a plus
