Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in business development, operations, management consulting, or strategy
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent communicator and negotiator with executive presence
