Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Psychologist preferred
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor accepted
• Expert skill in directing, guiding, teaching, and leading clinical staff
• Deep belief in Mental Health Recovery and Person Center Planning
• Extensive knowledge of evidence based practices including treatment modalities, diagnosis, assessment and crisis intervention techniques
• Proven ability to recruit, train, promote and motivate personnel
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret productivity, quality of care and outcome data
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Extensive knowledge of rehabilitation and behavioral health treatment service delivery
• Excellent conceptual, analytical and organizational skills
• Passion about the work and the Human Service field
• Sound judgment and ethical behavior and decision-making skills
