Director of Behavioral Health

We are seeking an experienced Director of Behavioral Health to oversee the behavioral health division within a growing healthcare system. This role blends leadership, strategic planning, and clinical oversight to deliver high-quality, integrated behavioral health services. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of clinical best practices and community mental health systems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or related field
• Current California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, PsyD, or RN with psychiatric background)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in behavioral health, including leadership roles
• Strong understanding of clinical best practices and community mental health systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
